Work life balance depends on the team . Some bosses might put undue pressure . Illogical and nominal salary hikes with possibly juniors earning more than you. Highly dissatifactory . Time bound promotion with no consideration for the complexity of the cases being handled . Seniors and juniors might be doing the same work but that doesn't reflect in the compensation . Senior management gets a very huge chunk of the profits/bonus
