Cons
Rigid and Clueless top management with limited experience in credit rating business. Aggressive approach to demonstrate their capabilities to board leading to series of thoughtless and employee toxic decisions. Incapability to upgrade IT infrastructure, retain experienced staffs and plug talent loss. Negative work environment, unrealistic KRAs, overloaded staffs and overburdened sector heads.
