Too much work load and limited time - Associate ICRA Employee Review

1. Culture is not good, Its a competitive environment, where if you dont perform as peers then they will not value you. 2. The senior management is totally reckless and dont understand the ground level only thing they know is let the work be done. 3. In my previous roles I never been so humiliated as in my previous jobs. Its totally because of no one listens that in limited time no such work can be done. 4. Pay wise not that grate and lower increment and your performance is linked completly to bonus so it can be zero if you dont perform to the target which is too high to achive. 5. There is no work life balance, Need to work on holidays and weekends. They can let you work till midnight and no one apprciate your effort as well, because its normal everyone does. 6. Never join this organisasiton is what I veiw and I regret to join here.
