      It is a great company. Management is very good and employee feedback has been taken every year to make things better. Maintains work life balance.

      Cons

      It is a clinical domain company which has not been established completely in India yet. So you might not get very great hike compare to IT domain.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
