Great people in the London Unit (closing). Some good systems and processes.
Cons
During closure of London Unit management (from outside London) demonstrated a lack of empathy and poor decision making. Arrogant management treat employees like numbers. Tom Pike in line for massive retention bonus, London staff had retention payments withdrawn as "too expensive".
