Pros

- Depends if manager is fine with your work then get good work life balance unless - not working on deadlines or handling other's work to make it deliver , as manager is our company. - Providing nice training about the organization skills, Learning Curves are good by ourselves.

Cons

- Managers Lack Knowledge to work and Provide solutions and poor execution of business accumen. Put blames on programmer for their mistake or silently take revenges. - Employee benefits are withdrawan as Q merged with IMS as earlier Employee driven and care company during the supervision of Mr. Dennis Gillings. - Enviornment of working is become pressurised slowly as Many new managers Hired lack the leadership skills. - Paywise only good for New hires but failed to retain the exisiting Talented and Knowledgable employers. - Bonus is not extermely good. Overall the Yearly increment has become peanuts. - Exisiting Employees Salaries are not at par the Market as they are underpaid. That is reason many Talented employees left the Organization. - Promotions are not so much encouraging and bit delayed.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
