RUN!!! - Project Management Analyst IQVIA Employee Review

Work from home is a way to get more work out of you. Training/On-boarding non existent. Management doesn't attempt to do anything until you try to quit. They just want warm bodies in positions. I knew 1 month in I should run but I gave it 90 days and then I quit. It was the best decision I ever made. Peace of mind better job offer and will not have to put this on my resume LOL. Many people have been in their roles for over 5 years with no promotion that was a major red flag for me. Medical benefits are TERRIBLE!!! Thank God this company wasn't my only option.
