      Good work environment and flexible. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      - High rate of turnovers. - No career path. - Bad salary (below average market range). - No benefits. - No process. - Legacy projects and technologies and code. - Promotions and raises are not good. - No equality in contracts, some are hired through outsource company and others are hired as head counts, with different packages and benefits although both do the same jobs and do the same work. - They don't respect Coptic Holidays unlike rest of companies.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
