1. No value for hard working and dedicated people 2. Too much of favoritism will work here 3. your hike,onsite or any good benefits will be given based on your show-off and dramatical skills 4. If you only know professionalism and working skills then it will be hell for you 5. if you are good at talking and blushing the managers with out doing any work, then you will be the better performer and will get all the benefits you want 6. Good performer means good show-off candidate with out doing simple work 7. You will not even question the manager for any valid reason also, if you question then you will be treated as bad performer
