TRULY TOXIC - Account Manager IQVIA Employee Review

Toxic environment. No accountability throughout the company. No sense of a team environment. Everyone is quick to pass blame. No room for growth. Very typical of a large corporation. They stay in business because they are essentially too large to fail. Any competition they have, they just buy them out (creating more chaos and a disorganized organization). Low pay scale, offer no options for equity, insurance is especially expensive for such a large organization.
