Business Outlook
Pros
Many great people to work with; lots of learning opportunities; Great Company to work for within the research industry. Ability to work from home with flexible schedule is excellent. Management does not micro manage the employees and is very helpful to the employees.
Cons
Salary doesn't increase very much over time. If you come in with a strong base salary then you're set. If not, then you'll get stuck with a relatively lower salary than your peers even with top performance marks.
