little to no chance of getting a raise or a promotion (criteria for promotions are very, very vague), many people are unhappy about pay vs amount of time worked, crazy working hours with no overtime/comp time, management makes everything look glossy on the outside but they try to hold people from moving up and refuse to negotiate in any way on salaries/vacation time, there is no respect for the opinions of anyone below management level (the overworked bunch who can only complain so much without being reprimanded), bonuses are decreasing annually
