      Good and ok for short term

      Cons

      Although compensation is pretty average, it is not on par with the company's earnings. The company is experiencing constant growth and bringing in tons of revenue, but that is not passed on to the employees

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
