      Depending on the contract, pay can be pretty competitive on the lower end of the permanent pharma pay scale. Can be loyal to former employees when new contracts arise.

      Cons

      Contracts don't always last through their entirety- can be looking for work sooner than expected. Most contracts have car allowances, rather than company vehicles.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
