      Flexibility, support from direct leadership, team work, benefits

      Cons

      Low salaries compared to other CROs, prefer to let talents go and hire new people from outside, not being transparent around many topics, always showing how perfect they are but internally employees do not get anything (promotion, salary increase)

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
