18-hour workdays, compelled to work through weekends, and every major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas... forget about all of them), thanks to clueless management highly insensitive to employee well-being. The extreme burnout culture is so severe that employees rarely last more than a year, with some colleagues experiencing serious health problems as a direct result of the grueling workload.
