Pros

Working with some talented individuals. Benefits are decent.

Cons

1. Pay does not match the hours needed - and bonuses are even worse. Feedback is always "you should be thankful to have a job." Management is also keen on holding individuals back. 2. Critically understaffed across info/data (Xponent, LAAD, NPA, Client Information Managers, Product Management, Operations). All you have time to do is run from fire to fire. 3. Info Solutions Management takes credit for the work done by the teams and their managers/directors. They do not give credit to others - only those who are "favorites." They do not take feedback - at all - and are not open to alternative ways of completing something. 4. There is no investment or innovation. Very antiquated. 5. Sales dumps their work and is never held responsible. Poor sales management decisions have led to an exodus of skilled people. 6. Once Info Solutions leadership has an opinion of someone, it is not able to be changed. They are branded for their entire tenure (unless they escape Info Solutions).

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
