      Over reliance on overseas application support Communication barriers left client and company support leadership in the dark at times. At times product quality issues were identified but not translated back into change. Understaffed application support teams can be overworked at times.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
