Non proffesional management - Anonymous employee Indeed Employee Review

I have worked with Indeed Sydney. This is a crazy place to work for .I was really disappointed how non professional is the management is . Very inexperienced ,bias , treating employees unfairly. The company is great .Big difference between the office in Stamford USA and the mess here in Sydney office . Way from beeing professional.Evaluating employees based on personal relationahips not on performance .The only way to go ahead is to be a clown .Working with no plan .It is not a good place to develop professionaly or personally.
