Autonomy, trust, simplicity in communication, perks, benefits, travel policy. I can go to leadership with ideas and suggestions and they are genuinely listened to. Teams genuinely believe in the development in product and there are some amazing ideas in the pipeline that seem to be realistic goals.
Cons
I work remote, so sometimes I miss being around peers on a daily basis but I have a flexible travel policy to fly to offices to spend time with teams.

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.
Cons
The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
