      Pros

      - Facilities - office is located right at Stephens Green - Activities - Ping Pong Tables, Pool Tables, Xboxes in the office - Support - Helped me grow so much in my role and become better at my job - People - Everyone who works in the office fits right in the culture, can talk to anyone and everyone. - Social - Few beers with everyone each Friday before leaving and constantly nights out and activities to look forward to. All round amazing place to work and feel lucky to have landed myself in here.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
