Pros

Benefits, PTO (if your director approves it), Happy hours

Cons

The Sales organization is extremely toxic. Indeed's HR communication is all about diversity and inclusion, but the sales organization is extremely fraternal. It is mostly white men in their 20s in Inside Sales. If you want to grow anywhere in the Sales Org, it is fully determined by your willingness to suck up to the Senior Director. It is very, very, stressful and the goals are almost always unrealistic with most of the org missing their targets. Upper management does not hire good PEOPLE managers, they hire based on who was able to work their book the best way which is often time based around luck. The new managers lack interpersonal management skills.

We care deeply about our employee’s experience with us and its disappointing to hear that you did not feel like you experienced the great culture we pride ourselves on. We want everyone at Indeed to feel like they belong and are absolutely committed to fostering an environment where diversity, inclusion and belonging is valued and leveraged. Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
