Pros

Constantly putting employees, clients and general public ahead of gains. A great way of assessing a companies core values is not how they treat people during the good times, but how they go above and beyond to look after it’s employees during the worst times. The fact that Indeed were one of the first to make the move to WFH for all employees during the early days of Covid19 speaks volumes. Making an effort to retain all current staff making sure that if a role becomes dormant IE. Talent attraction that can move to another part of the business. Open and honest Q&As with CEO and other SLTs where they are incredibly vulnerable and open and really show that they are also people with family and friends the same as us all. Truly fantastic bunch of people and make working at Indeed a privilege

Cons

Honestly besides the actual job itself being tough, there are no cons.

Pros

Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

Cons

Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
