      Market Leader with amazing technology and brand recognition Fast growing with new things coming Great culture Best co-workers Fair compensation - no caps on commissions -- earn what you deserve. Opportunities for travel & promotion C-Players are quickly weeded out

      The company is growing aggressively. So there is not a lot of tolerance for the lazy or slow or those who don't like being challenged... Be warned, if you don't have high energy or can't adapt, then this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
