Pros

If you are looking for a company that is inclusive, supportive of work-life balance and puts time and effort into onboarding Indeed is the place you should apply. There is a 3 week training period for Sales positions in which you learn about the company, culture, products and systems. Although there is still so much to learn it is nice to have the training in-depth before you are expected to support a book of business and be "client facing". The atmosphere is very laid back and open. I have never felt as though I am inconveniencing anyone on my team with questions. Definitely a company that requires a little bit of forward thinking as they are a company that is centered around technology. So far a great fit!

Cons

There are many acronyms that are used that are a bit confusing to someone new.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
