Pros
Fast moving, fun culture Perks are awesome People are great, fun and friendly. Sometimes a bit too competitive, but hey, it's sales Training is better than before - Indeed keeps creating new programs that are fun and not a waste of time New office space Very Driven by the mission of helping people get jobs
Cons
could be a little more open about changes and tests, but everything has a reason to be done more work from home opportunities wish I could apply for another role without my director potentially getting upset that I might leave him without a person to fill a quota We need to hire more people in sales but we also need more desks/space to put them in, so I get it.
