      Flexibility on time off, actively support important causes

      Cons

      Benefits decreasing rapidly. The constant threat of layoffs looms as the CEO explicitly stated there would be no warning if/when another round of layoffs happens. Honesty is punished, hard work is ignored, yet favouritism and toxic behaviour is rewarded. They only value diversity if you are American. Work in other countries is poorly supported and at the whim of the American market.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
