Challenging times - National Account Manager Indeed Employee Review

As most companies it’s always about the leaders. My vertical has a leader who creates so much extra work for his own reporting that it feels like I have no time to spend doing things I need to for my clients. This means I work outside of business hours on a regular basis just to feel like I am caught up. It’s exhausting completing spreadsheet after spreadsheet (same information on each) or updating SFDC with information that is already there but not pulling properly into the dash leadership see. Just tons of redundant things done because something is not working.
