      Pros

      Brand recognition Availability of resources facilities like gym, swimming pool etc If you are lucky, good onsite opportunities where you can make a lot of money Excellent training facilities

      Cons

      Dog eat dog world No onsite opportunities for finacle employees Salary not as awesome as it used to be Lack of recognition Just an over hyped company Got a good foot holding in media to " showcase" how good they are

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
