Pros

I don't see any positive worth saying

Cons

Their native team gang up on you. They protect one another and won't share information. They speak their language during the meeting and off meeting where projects are happening in US. The PM invited their own people out to lunch/dinner. If you are not the curry people, then you are not invited. I never feel so isolated in my team and especially feel like a foreigner in my own country, US. Management encouraged competition between members. So that he can keep the highest skill persons and let go others. I didnt' think it was right.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
