Career Opportunities - It is normal that you get to feel the on the job training but if you have been promoted verbally as an SME or Team Leader and doing the role full time, you'd expect a salary increase and an updated contract right? Well, we regret to inform you that it doesn't happen here as I've seen employees having these sentiments for 2 - 3 years doing the same role hoping for a change... Compensation & Benefits - they're cheating on the benefits with de minimis to reduce the tax the company is paying monthly/annually; The payroll system is too poor, manual and bound by errors; We have employees who didnt' get a salary for at least 1 - 2 months and barely get a support from the upper management. As simple as filing an OT, you'd expect to get paid at least on the next 1 - 2 cut offs but no... you might get it in the next quarter or may not even get it at all... because you just can't track it at all... Facilities - expect the Air conditioning system malfunctioning once in a while and don't be surprised if you see cockroaches at the pantry; ISO fail; Access cards barely working - and we've reported these several times...
