Pros

-Good for unskilled project managers to spend their rest of lives enjoying greenery of the campus. -Good place if you want to become an aspiring politician.

Cons

-No learning whatsoever. -No professionalism shown by senior project managers. -The most dumbest and unskilled senior project managers can be found here. -Government offices have better desktops than those present in Infosys Mangalore. -Specialised customized program for people in bench(sarcasm).... Dear HR why do you even hire if there are already lot of people in bench. -Long working hours even if there is no work..obviously affecting work life balance.
