Communication is sometimes tedious because if the large size of company Depending on your stream, clients are sparse in some central locations like Dallas--if you aren't open to travel you will probably be in the bench for a while Infosys says they don't penalize you for saying "no" to travel , but it certainly influences hiring/layoff decisions
