Pros

The internship was amazing. The amount of things I learnt were worth all the hard work. Some of the teammates were really good.

Cons

Pay is really bad. Management is terrible. You'll overwork and you will be underpaid. I used to get calls at 4am, log in at 8 am and work till around 9pm, no work life balance. No scope of growth unless you stay for like 4-5 years which is not worth it. I left in 5 months after joining. Felt like killing myself every single day.
