Pros
With 26 PTOs in a year, great HMO provider, offers company emergency loan, continuing education program, and family day every Summer where they pay for 2 heads.
Cons
Associates within the same team and with same process do not have equal distribution of workload, you can see others slacking off while others are swamped with tasks. Lacks development trainings and chance for advancement. A lot to improve on the tools that associates use. Management focuses so much on cost saving than developing/purchasing tools to make jobs efficient. Not adding people even if workers are already stretched, again focusing on cost saving.
