Pros
Ingram was a great atmosphere where the executives got involved in the activities to break up the go go go which is always the norm at Ingram regardless of your department. You'll regularly see executives walking the floor, especially in Canada, and holding BBQ's or dressing up for the Halloween fashion show. It's a great company for opportunities to advance locally or internationally based on it's growing footprint.
Cons
Senior management and above are treated very well from a compensation, bonus and benefit perspective. I'd say in the top tier from my experience. The downfall is I didn't feel they were as equitable with the non management staff. While they were paid well, they didn't have the same level of benefits nor a bonus.
