If you can see I have given 2 stars. One for salary, which comes on time. One for company's status globally, which is very good.
Cons
In India, management has no idea how to implement rules. They imply rules just because there should be some rules. Rules are not for higher level employees. No perks other than salary. Long —-extra long working hours. Most of the time they might call you on Saturday. Average age is 35-40. This is not right place for youngsters. Core sales company which is full of illiterate old people. Illiterate because most of the conversation happens in Hindi or regional languages. If at all you talk in English, people will respond in their own language. Need I say more ?..
