Pros
Ingram Micro is a great place for someone just out of college or for someone looking to re-invent their career. You get exposed to a lot of different job functions/opportunities and you get to work with some really terrific people. Ingram Micro is a great "training ground" because employees develop marketable skills they eventually take elsewhere.
Cons
Compensation is not at market value, thus you get a lot of employee turnover. There's also seems to be more of a focus on stock performance over the last few years, resulting in a markedly different approach in how senior level executives view the business and the employees. Employee morale is generally average to below average.
