Pros
Excellent benefits, share program, rewards program, flex time and development opportunities. If your a yes person and go looking for new opportunities this company can give you many different learning opportunities and progression.
Cons
Culturally - there are some older staff members who have chips on their shoulders and get a little resentful. They need to realize they have the same opportunities as anyone else - just ask for it already! Its not going to be presented to you on a gold platter - go after it!
