Pros
Great culture, they really care for people. Pandemic response was impressive. In recognition of the difficult year, they are giving all employees the 24th and 31st as free vacation days which is a very nice gesture and much appreciated by all. Although it is a large corporation, the leaders truly live by our values and they don't put profit over people. Lots of opportunities to transfer to other areas of the business to learn and advance your career. Great benefits, great flexible work options. Big focus on diversity & inclusion.
Cons
Some old systems but they are working to implement new ones. As it is such a large company, the experience can differ from team to team. Not uncommon to work late or put in extra hours.
