Pros
-People are friendly -Management is very enjoyable to talk to and get their opinions on subjects -Consider you a human being over just being a number -Lots of flexbility concerning where to work/hours -Mindset of the managers are very good as they want to see their employees succeed
Cons
-Human resources limitation concerning salary and promotion, in many case to get a good salary bump, you will need to change team which is kind of a down if you like your current team. -Forced to work with IT on many little issues because you do not have the options to do it yourself -It can be hard at times as they are always looking to change things, so it can be hard for some while some others might enjoy it.
