Your co-workers and managers are all friendly and unique people who are happy to get to know you, and everything about the company makes it easy to get into your job while also having some in-between time so you don't get too stressed out. The company is also constantly focused on improvement and developing their entire environment to better suit it's customers and employees, so it really feels like you're growing with the company.
