Had remote friendly policies until mid-2025.
Cons
Compensation: In 5 years, 3-4% raises, bonus targets <80% on company performance, quarterly bonus often $100 or less (was supposed to be 10-11% annual). Pay cut with “true up” bonus. Stock grants that fell to nothing. Constant churn, always under spend pressure (no travel, no training, no conferences, hiring freezes including backfill). Sabbaticals gone. Everything that made up for compensation being on the low side… gone.
