Intel is poised for changes under Ottellini, there are core groups that are involved with the cutting edge that are far more satisfied with their positions. If you are looking to work for Intel, you want to ensure that you aren't too many layers away from the core technology.

Cons

You feel like a cog in the wheel, too entrenched in values inscribed by Grove which are in some ways treated like the US constitution.
