Pros
The work environment tends to be very stimulating and fast paced. Things change very quickly, which keeps you thinking. I tend to feel challenged often and am presented with new projects and tasks that allows for my skill set to grow and develop. There are lots of resources provided for health education, such as seminars and collaboration with the Mayo clinic. Lifestyle coaches are available too. Work Life balancing is prominent in some groups, but not all.
Cons
Silo'd organizations, poor communication between groups, competiveness can be extreme. Experience of employee is very varied depending on the group that they work in.
