      Great pay for the role we are in.

      Cons

      Too many oncalls. The oncalls require you to give 24/7 support to the floor. Even though you'd have day and night shift engineers, there is too much fast paced fire fighting involved and you'd not get to learn much beyond a certain point.

      Love the 12 hour shifts and compressed work week, great work life balance

      Cons

      Management can be hit or miss depending on the area you are in. Can also be hard to move up when Intel is constantly switching around your toolsets.
