Pros

Fast paced environment, you might even be lucky finding good people. Decent work. Most people are smart. Great benefits.

Cons

Bad work life balance. It's "mandatory" to have fun, they think it offsets the ordeal. The fluff does not hold. The build-up about all the work they do is pretty large, actual understanding and execution is alarmingly absent. Layoff culture is real, even when they say it's not anymore. The environment inside is not flat, extremely top down and manager driven, They will justify their actions by saying "It's the same everywhere, or worse" and have capable people pouring into the toxicity, which actually is not true. Many unfortunate leaders who haven't experienced better, and even the capable ones struggle to drive real change. I've seen many optimistic, bright people come into this place and shrink so little or watch their confidence take a beating. Don't do this to yourself.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
