Pros
* Good Salary * Great Health Coverage (doctors were often shocked as to how good it was) * Regular Raises and Bonuses * 401k * Stock Options * Friendly Culture
Cons
* Planning Issues - Company moved into a building that was clearly too small, and had to move again 3 years later. Cubicles were smaller than I thought a cubicle could be to try to accommodate more people than the building would house. They shoved us engineers into a windowless room with poor ventilation and faulty air conditioning for the first few months after the move until better accommodations were given. * Frequently required to come in at odd hours of the night for support, and then fully expected to work the full day shift. No compensation or compensatory time off was provided.
