Pros

Besides Money and Factors of Money, Nothing precisely

Cons

Unhealthy political culture, Powerless HR, Sweet talking Management Brushes, Recruiters basically will lure you in. Be an Einstein at your work to be known by it across or else be ready to be a fetching pet of the Management, the third category exists which only is surviving to take back the exaggerated salary home. Forget about any kind of promotion, they are non existent , majorly because of people sitting at the mid and higher levels with the same designation since they last did something meaningful. Same set of products running from generation, nothing new in pipeline, only keeps shuffling the infrastructure beneath and claims to be the most innovative company. Unstructured Time to be used in a structured way only for the benefit of the company, if you do, you are a star else they won’t bother about it Fake and unfair appraisal process, they claim to do transparent monthly checkin but what happens at year end and shuffle of the bonuses, is only a myth. US is the place to be if you are at Intuit, IDC is only a photocopying machine with the most hopeless management, majority of them hired from Yahoo and they gang up for their sustainability. Firings happen anytime, with no head or toe of the pattern of decision.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
