Pros

- One of the best campus in town. - A lot of perks like free EV charging, great food court, nice gym, basketball and volleyball courts, etc. - The company pays for training events, seminars, travel expenses, etc. - Get $1000/year on wellness products. - Popular products that generate a lot of revenue. - Well-known name in the industry. - A lot of smart people work here. - Some teams use cutting-edge technology. - Decent work-life-balance but might get hectic during the tax filling season. - It's great to work on popular software products that widely used by your friends and family.

Cons

- Some teams are still developing on medieval tech stack that were written in the early 90s. - The environment on some teams can be cutthroat and competitive. - Not much for upward mobility unless you really stand out or good at browning your nose. - The dynamics between certain teams can be hostile and uncollaborative. - Expect to work with a lot of Indian engineers and managers. They prefer to promote their own so upward mobility can be challenge. - Some code bases can be extremely convoluted due to lack of architectural planning and good housekeeping practices. - Occasional unexpected layoffs especially after the tax seasons. - The company is not yet ready to accept fully remote work even after the pandemic.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
